Bargain and sale by Andrew Blakbourn of Werehorn (Kent), son and one of the heirs of Thomas Blakbourn, sometime of Ebbene (Kent), deceased, to Thomas Assherenden of Redyng in the parish of Ebbene, of all his part and portion of such messuages as belonged to the said Thomas Blakbourn his father in the dennes of Ovendon and Bomeland in the parishes of Ebbe and Stone in the Isle of Oxene (Kent); with covenants to make a good title to the purchaser and for the payment by him of £90 in instalments. Given 26 June, 13 Henry VIII.
